You are the company admin straight away: pdf.ucagg.de/company, sign-in with an emailed code. No password.

Your data
Accept the data processing agreement (AVV), check name, address, register and tax data, bank, upload your logo and stamp.

Invite
Add your employees, say how each may sign (i. A., i. V., ppa., managing director) and send the invitations.

Sign and stamp
Employees install the app, sign in with their company email, draw their signature once. You approve it and verify them - done.
The system
What it looks like
Honest about the law
What it is - and what it is not
- Simple electronic signature (eIDAS Art. 3 No. 10): fine for offers, order confirmations, delivery notes, acceptance reports and the text form. Not qualified - it does not replace the written form (§ 126 BGB).
- The stamp has no legal effect of its own. The company is bound by the person who signs and their authority (i. A., i. V., ppa.), which you set per employee.
- "Verified" means: confirmed by you, the company admin.
- Your data is processed under an AVV (Art. 28 GDPR). The server is in the USA (IONOS, EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

Custom plans and partners
Larger companies get an individual offer with as many seats as you need and annual billing. Resellers and IT service providers can become partners and set up accounts for their customers.
Your employees use the apps without ads; for everyone else the Android app stays free with ads.
