Delete your UCA PDF Editor data
UCA PDF Editor (Android, by UCA) keeps very little on its server - see the privacy policy. Your documents never reach it. Here is how to delete what there is.
1. In the app (fastest)
Open the app > Settings > Delete my data. This immediately deletes, on our server: the install record (hashed install id, app and Android version, device class, language, first / last opened), its messages inbox and your reports to the developer. If you are signed in you can delete your account in the same step.
2. Your account on the web
Sign in below with your email address (you get a 6-digit code) and choose Delete my account.
3. By email
Write to noreply@ucagg.de from your account's address. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
Company accounts
If you use the app as an employee of a company, your entry in the company account (name, job, signing authority, signature) belongs to your company: your company admin can change or delete it at any time, and so can we on the company's instruction. Deleting your own account signs your app out of the company.
What is kept, and for how long
Nothing of the deleted data is kept. Install data that is never deleted by hand is removed 13 months after the app was last opened. Share links expire by themselves (1-30 days) and can be deleted in the app at any time. Uninstalling the app deletes everything on your device, including saved signatures and stamps.
