How it works
From request to the first stamped document

Fill in the form below (or ask your UCA partner). We send you an offer: seats and period.

Set up
We create your company account. You, the company admin, get an email: sign in at pdf.ucagg.de/company with an emailed code. No password.

Your data
Accept the data processing agreement (AVV), check name, address, register and tax data, bank, upload your logo and stamp.

Invite
Add your employees, say how each may sign (i. A., i. V., ppa., managing director) and send the invitations.

Sign and stamp
Employees install the app, sign in with their company email, draw their signature once. You approve it and verify them - done.

What it is - and what it is not
- Simple electronic signature (eIDAS Art. 3 No. 10): fine for offers, order confirmations, delivery notes, acceptance reports and the text form. Not qualified - it does not replace the written form (§ 126 BGB).
- The stamp has no legal effect of its own. The company is bound by the person who signs and their authority (i. A., i. V., ppa.), which you set per employee.
- "Verified" means: confirmed by you, the company admin.
- Your data is processed under an AVV (Art. 28 GDPR). The server is in the USA (IONOS, EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

Pricing
Per seat, per year
A company account is priced per seat (employee) and period. Ask for an offer - or for a free trial for your team. Resellers and IT service providers can become partners and set up accounts for their customers.
The app itself stays free for everyone, without ads.
